To promote students' all-round development and to nurture meaningful mentor relationships that benefit both the mentees and mentors professionally and personally, the Centre organises and promotes several mentorship and leadership programmes. All mentors and industry leaders are experienced, inspirational professionals and senior executives who will impart their wisdom and life experiences to their mentees, who may become future leaders. Mentoring Activities
A fruitful mentoring relationship is one that adopts a mentee-driven approach and is established on the basis of openness, mutual trust, and respect between the mentor and mentee.
